Ralph Hernandez – Blue Streak President

Ralph has over 25 years experience in all phases of Utility Infrastructure Management including: Engineering & Design, Risk Management, Safety & Best Practice Strategies, MSA Contract Management, Turnkey Design/Build Project Management, FDOT Signalization, Lighting, ITS Construction Management and Power Distribution Restoration Projects. He also has extensive experience in Hurricane Restoration and Mobilization efforts with AT&T, FPL Fibernet and Crown Castle. Ralph is a member of the Latin Builders Association and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in International Relations from Florida International University.

Matthew Forsythe
Corporate Controller

Matthew has been a corporate controller/executive in several national organizations for over 15 years. In addition to his Accounting/Finance skills, Matthew is a certified expert in Excel. He graduated from Drexel University in 1993 with a BS in Accounting.

Marisa Santos
Manager Human Resources

Marisa has been the Human Resources Manager for over 5 years and has responsibility for all related areas including: recruitment, benefits, personnel policies and employee compensation. She earned a Master of Science in Human Resources from FIU.

Diana Halley
Manager Business Operations

Diana has over 30 years of financial services and operational experience including: risk mitigation, due diligence reviews, training program development, call center supervision, client services and sales support. She graduated from UF with a B.S.B.A. in Finance.

Ericka Pereira
Director of Billing & Receivables

Ericka has over 15 years of experience overseeing processes and personnel related to the Receivables function including: billing, collecting and reconciling accounts. She graduated from FIU’s College of Business and received her PMP certification from UM.

Mike Burchell
Vice President, Electrical & GC

Mike has over 30 years in the energy industry as a licensed electrical contractor and general contractor. He spent 10+ years with FP&L and holds an undergrad / masters degree in nuclear energy.

Shannon Zak
Director, Field Operations

Shannon previously worked with AT&T overseeing construction & field operations. She also spent 4 years as an Electronics Tech with the US NAVY and graduated Magnum Cum Laude from ECU with a degree in Industry Technology.

Luis Beiro
Director, Field Operations

Luis has 25+ years in the Utility industry. During his tenure he has managed projects for FDOT, AT&T and Crown Castle.

Bill Baldwin
Director, Field Operations

Bill has 36+ years of experience working with AT&T, CenturyLink and Crown Castle in many leadership capacities.
